Imaging Tools and OHIF viewer on CGC

About This Session:

Join us for an overview of imaging tools available on the Cancer Genomics Cloud (CGC) and a deep dive into OHIF Viewer, with a step-by-step walkthrough.

Have a large batch of DICOM files and limited processing power? Do you want to validate your imaging pipeline on a new dataset, or take advantage of the cloud to scale? Learn how to access and use the imaging tools and training datasets available on Seven Bridges. We'll talk through key features, tools for each phase of the image processing journey, and even touch on how to run quality control and validation workflows using OHIF Viewer.

You'll leave with a better understanding of how to utilize the CGC for your image processing and analysis pipelines.
