Build Your Own Reproducible Workflow on the Cancer Genomics Cloud

ABOUT THIS SESSION

Join us for this demonstration focused on building your own reproducible workflow on the Cancer Genomics Cloud (CGC).

Have a working script used locally or within a Data Studio session? Does it take multiple hours to run, do you want to run it across multiple files, or do you want to scale? Learn how to convert your script into a CWL app using the Tool Editor. We'll talk through key features, efficient tool testing, and even touch on creating a workflow of multiple connected tools.

You'll leave with a better understanding of how to turn an existing script into a reproducible, scalable workflow on the CGC.
