The CGC API 

All the features of CGC can be used via the REST API — from initiating data analyses, to managing project-member permissions. The API allows you to set up analyses programatically, by selecting pipeline inputs and configuring the parameters of their apps. It also allows you to automate data uploads and downloads, and integrate them with other systems.
