DREAM Challenge on the Cancer Genomics Cloud

The Seven Bridges CGC team is proud to announce the launch of the ICGC-TCGA Somatic Mutation Calling RNA DREAM Challenge on the Cancer Genomics Cloud. The mission of this latest DREAM Challenge is to generate more accurate methods for quantifying known isoforms and detecting gene fusions from RNA-Sequencing data. 

We’ve compiled the resources for the DREAM Challenge as a "Public Project" or a template workspace containing training data, truth files, example workflows and analyses, and additional information to help you get started.

You can make a unique, private copy of the "Public Project" for your own use on the CGC. 
Develop accurate workflows in a rapid and reproducible fashion and submit them to the DREAM Challenge -- all in one space.

To be eligible for submission to the challenge, develop a Common Workflow Language application on the CGC using the DREAM design guidelines. Then, successfully run a task with your application on the CGC on DREAM training data. Full details for submitting finished algorithms to the challenge are coming soon.
